do they live in the mansion: begrudgingly, because saxon is there and they share a room and also their dad hates them.
powers: "fortune" -- he can see several possible outcomes (up to a minute in the future) and choose the best possible option for his purposes. often makes choices that'll butterfly-effect a positive outcome (i.e., wearing blue instead of green, walking a different way to the car, sleeping on the opposite side of the bed).
brief history:

papá mamba's least favorite child (his trial run that sucked)

handles the dirty work necessary in running the empire, with a string of bad choices and fuckups on the side.

mostly a "fixer" for black or raiz, uses chance and his abilities to talk his way into and out of anything. also has a keen skill for making bodies disappear, but that's less powers-related and more just a shitton of practice.
