• drug manipulation
• can create/shape/manipulate any kind of drug including properties, anywhere from drugs that simulate other powers to those bought on the street. these must be ingested in some way and power effects are temporary unless curated to kill. excels at biological warfare attacks and those running on missions with him must wear a specialized gas mask to prevent inhalation of toxic chemicals.
• when taking drugs for a specific power, these can leave ppl exhausted, uncomfortable and the come-down is horrendous.
